The Minister of Culture, Mr. Amarjeet Bhagat, accorded a warm welcome to President Mrs. Droupadi Murmu.
The President came face-to-face with the archaeological splendor of Chhattisgarh in the museum and observed the ancient and collectible items concerned with the historical background of the place.
She observed prehistoric stone tools, ancient sculptures, inscriptions, copper plates, and coins recovered from Chhattisgarh and other regions, and also received information about the materials related to tribal culture kept in the museum.
On this occasion, Governor Mr. Biswabhusan Harichandan and Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel also visited the museum along with the President.
