After praying in the temple, Chief Minister wished for the state’s happiness and prosperity.

Industry Minister Mr. Kawasi Lakhma, Lok Sabha MP Mr. Deepak Baij, Rajya Sabha MP Mrs. Phoolodevi Netam, Chairman of Bastar Development Authority Mr. Lakheshwar Baghel, MLA Mr. Anoop Nag are also present along with the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister handed over the keys to the beneficiaries of nine gumtis built on the temple grounds by the Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority.

The authority has approved an amount of Rs 1-1 lakh for each of the beneficiaries to use for self-employment. Gumti was created at an investment of 90 thousand rupees. The beneficiaries have been given Rs 10,000 for the running of a worship material shop.

Beneficiaries of the scheme Meera and Tilakbati stated that they previously sold worship materials in a handcart. Having Gumti now will be really convenient for them. It has located a permanent settlement for them.
