Mrs. Ghasnin Bai, a beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, stated that she no longer had to deal with the issue of night sleeplessness. She can now rest peacefully during the night. The beneficiary stated that having a kutcha house meant she had to deal with problems every month of the year. We had to deal with the issue of water seepage throughout the rainy season. We have to deal with cold on winter days, and there were a lot of difficulties in the summer because of the heat and wind, she stated.
Prior to this, She added that all of these issues had been resolved at once at this point. Mrs. Ghasnin Bai, a resident of Charbhatha in the Rajnandgaon district, benefited from the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in 2019–20. According to the beneficiary, she received Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand in four installments of the housing scheme. The recipient stated that since a toilet had been constructed in her home, she no longer has to worry. As a result, she is quite happy. She has expressed her gratitude for eliminating the issues brought about by incompletely constructed houses after receiving the benefits of the scheme.
