The Chief Minister handed over a cheque worth Rs. 1 Lakh to the sisters
Ornamental bell metal jewelry made by women of the Pankhuri Service Association of Kondagaon is now being sold in the Sarafa market of Dubai. The Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today handed over a cheque of Rs. 1 Lakh obtained from exporting the bell metal tribal jewelry to Dubai to the women of the association. The Chief Minister praised the women’s ability to turn their talent into economic empowerment. The Kondagaon District Administration and the Pankhuri Service Association are jointly providing women with the facilities to manufacture ornamental tribal jewelry.
