Raipur, May 04, 2022 / Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel made several important announcements for Kusmi village on the day one of his public interaction drive—’Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’.
On the demand of the general public, Chief Minister announced establishment of potato, tau and chilli processing plants, asphalting 8 Km road near Kanthi Ghat in Kusmi-Samri-Balrampur access road, installation of latest technology X-ray machine at Kusmi Community Health Center, opening of new trades in ITI, construction of new building of ITI and arrangement of fire brigade vehicle in Nagar Panchayat Kusmi. Besides, he assured to discuss with the Jharkhand government to make Latehar road passing via Kusmi to Korandha as a state highway. He also directed the officials concerned to resolve the issue of power cut and overload.
A large number of people gathered under cool shade of mango tree in ward number-02 of Kusmi Nagar Panchayat to interact with Chief Minister. Mr. Baghel travelled on foot to reach this site for meeting villagers.
Mother of a girl named Priya Yadav who was present on the occasion profusely thanked Chief Minister for her daughter’s heart surgery fund. Soon after Chief Minister came to know about the operation of the girl, he called her mother nearby and inquired about the health of the girl. The mother told that her baby’s health is much better now after operation. Mr. Baghel embraced the little girl and gave her blessings for a bright, shining and healthy future. Meanwhile, an amount of Rs 3.5 lakh was given by state government for the Priya’s surgery. Mr. Baghel also took information from the members of women self-help groups about their work. These women presented a basket of materials prepared by their group to the Chief Minister. He accepted the gift and greeted them with a smile.
