Chief Minister launched online monitoring portal to review the resolution of revenue cases

Continuous monitoring of revenue cases will also be done from the Chief Minister’s Office

Raipur, March 31, 2022 / Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday launched an online monitoring portal to review the disposal of revenue cases within the stipulated time frame, from his residence office here. Through this portal, continuous monitoring of revenue works including name transfer, account division, demarcation, diversion and tree felling can be done Chief Minister’s Office, Revenue Minister’s office and senior officials concerned.

Revenue cases should be resolved within the time limit under the Public Service Guarantee Act. However, the common citizens face a lot of troubles due to delay in disposal of revenue cases. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel gave instructions to the Revenue Department to make arrangements for online monitoring of disposal of revenue cases keeping in view convenience of common citizens and for constant review of revenue cases.

An online monitoring portal has been added in ‘Bhuiyan’ software for redressal of unresolved cases of name transfer, account division, demarcation, diversion and tree felling, whose deadline has been crossed. In a bid to ensure timely disposal of cases, monitoring will be done directly from Chief Minister’s Office, Revenue Minister’s Office, Chief Secretary’s Office, Revenue Department Secretary, Director Land Records, Divisional Commissioner and District Collector’s level through the monitoring portal.
