Quick implementation Chief Minister’s instructions: Financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand each provided to the families of 6 women who died in road accident today

Injured are getting better treatment in Ambedkar Hospital

Raipur 16 February 2022 / As per the instructions of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the families of six women hailing from Bhilai, who died in a road accident today, have been given financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand each. Abhanpur SDM has given this amount to the kin of the deceased. Meanwhile, 5 women who were injured in the road accident are being provided necessary treatment at Ambedkar Hospital of Medical College.

Meanwhile, as many as six women were killed and five others were severely injured in road accident happened at around 6 am today in Kendri of Abhanpur near Monfort School on National Highway No. 30. All the women are resident of Bhilai. Soon after receiving the news regarding this accident, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel immediately took detailed information about the unfortunate incident from the officials. He instructed the officials concerned to make arrangements for better treatment of the injured besides asking them to give immediate financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand each to the families of the deceased.

Abhanpur Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) gave financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand each to the sons of Smt. Reena Karmakar, Smt. Suchitra Saha, Smt. Savita Rani and Smt. Meera Das who died in road accident. Similarly, financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand was given to the husbands of the deceased Smt. Reena Chaudhary and Smt. Arjana Moula.
