Announces new bridge over Gej River and sub-tehsil at Umeshwarpur
Opening of sub-tehsil will pace up the disposal of revenue cases
Raipur, 08 May 2022 / Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced opening of a sub-tehsil at Umeshwarpur for quick disposal of revenue cases. Besides, he also announced to set up an electricity sub-station in Umeshwarpur to solve low-voltage problem.
Mr. Baghel reached Nawaparakala Gram Panchayat in Premnagar development block of Surajpur district, on the fifth day of ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’ today, and made big announcements for the development of the area. He also announced approval for the construction of new building of Premnagar Higher Secondary School.
Besides, Mr. Baghel also announced construction of a new bridge over Gej River on Geji Marg. This will boost economic activities in the area. Similarly, the Chief Minister has also announced to expand the facility of ‘Dev Puja’ in Chauri Pahad and to set up solar-powered drinking water systems in the water-stressed villages.
